Brian Cox and his wife, Nicole Ansari-Cox, arrived in style at the season four premiere of Succession.

The 76-year-old actor, who stars as patriarch Logan Roy, and his stunning wife Nicole, 54, commanded attention as they hit the red carpet in New York City clad in very regal attire.

He sported a crisp white undershirt with a navy silk suit jacket and matching navy trousers.

The Emmy Award-winning actor accessorized with a red silk ascot around his neck, which complemented the hints of red on his lapel and the bottom of his jacket.

Brian also had a silver pin on his other lapel and wore a pair of blue-tinted sunglasses on his face.

His white hair was pushed to the side, and he left his white beard unshaven.

Beside him, Nicole looked beautiful in a white and grey gown with a navy sash across her chest.

The sash was a statement piece sporting the words, ‘Woman Life Freedom’ written in large sparkly gold lettering.

Nicole’s sash is worn to show support for Iranian women and girls who have faced decades of gender inequality and discrimination in their country.

According to the website, ‘Woman Life Freedom’ is ‘global action in solidarity with Iranian women & girls who are courageously demonstrating peacefully for their fundamental human rights.’

Her dress had a low and squared neckline which showed off her chest, and the sleeves loosely fell down her arms.

It featured a grey and blue pattern amongst the white silk. The pattern went across her chest, was at the end of her sleeves, and at the bottom of her skirt.

In her hand, she carried a white clutch, and she accessorized with silver earrings and a simple necklace.

The Actors Rising founder had her brunette hair pulled up in an elaborate twist behind her head, and she wore a light layer of makeup.

The couple, who have been married since 2002, walked the carpet hand in hand with smiles on their faces.

Succession creator Jesse Armstrong announced last month that the hit HBO series will culminate in the upcoming 10 episodes, which will begin airing on March 26.

In a recent interview with The New Yorker, Armstrong, who is the creator and main writer of the show, confirmed season four as the show’s final run.

He also explained in part, ‘I’ve never thought this could go on forever. The end has always been kind of present in my mind.’

Succession first aired in 2018 and tells the story of The Roy family, known for controlling the biggest media and entertainment company in the world.

However, their world changes when their father (Cox) steps down from the company leading his children to battle to secure themselves the top job as his successor – by any means possible.

While, for most of the series, the Roy children have been at odds with each other, the last few episodes of season three found them finally joining forces to stop their father, Logan, from selling off the family’s media conglomerate.

Little did they know that family black sheep Tom Wambsgans (Matthew McFadyen) betrayed his own wife Shiv (Sarah Snook) and gave Logan a heads up on what they were doing, giving him enough to remove their power to block the impending sale.

The final shots of season three indicated that Shiv realized her husband betrayed her, though it’s unclear how that will play out in season four.
