David Hayes has shared a new snap with his girlfriend Sian Osborne and two of their friends to Instagram on Monday.
The former boxer, 42, posed on the floor in Costa Rica, wearing a patterned shirt open to show off his ripped chest.
He added brown shorts and a pendant necklace, while hiding his eyes behind a pair of sunglasses.
Sian, 31, sat close beside him wearing a white patterned jumpsuit with her long tresses swept up in an updo.
They sat beside two more female friends on a blanket on the floor in front of idyllic background full of palm trees.

It comes after David showed off his incredible 11-week body transformation as he uploaded a before and after video of his ripped physique on Instagram last month.
He flashed his toned physique as he went shirtless for a mirror selfie, detailing how he cut out carbs and sugar because ‘no amount of chocolate tastes as good as abs popping out’.
In the before clip, David admitted he could have hid his stomach under a T-shirt or just ‘sucked it in’ – but wasn’t happy with the way he looked.
He explained to the camera: ‘Some people may say, “You look OK, David”. I can suck my stomach in and hide it under a T-shirt but then my stomach pops out when I relax.
‘My core has just relaxed and isn’t tight in anyway shape or form.’
The former athlete measured his own body fat which he admitted should be way less than it was prior to his health kick.
He continued: ‘I got this body fat and this here is about 50mm, that should not be that, it should be closer to 10mm.’

It took David just 11 weeks to drop the pounds but he admitted he was ‘quite strict’ and cut out meals with high carbohydrate content.
In the after clip, the star posed up a storm while pinching the little body fat he had left while wearing a pair of black swim shorts.
He said: ‘Caught myself in some good lighting here. There’s no amount of chocolate, sugary food that tastes as good as getting some good lighting and abs popping out.
‘I know you guys like your high carb meals but it ain’t worth it, trust me. I haven’t worked hard to get this, I’ve just been disciplined with the amount of carbs.

David is in a three-way relationship with his girlfriend Sian and Una, with the boxer finally breaking his silence on the matter as he arrived to a boxing fight.
When probed by media outlet Boxing Media Fans on the situation, David said: ‘I like to keep my private life private.

‘I let people in through my social media a little bit, but what I do behind closed doors is between me and the girls involved.
‘So yeah, I don’t really want to go into all that,’ he finished.
David and Sian are thought to have been in a relationship since 2020, but have been hit by claims of being in a ‘throuple’ with Una after sharing a string of cosy holiday photos of them together to their respective Instagram accounts.
The singer was said to be ‘happy’ for David and Sian after they were seen spending time with a mystery woman in Costa Rica.
