Speaking exclusively with DailyMail.com, Medley revealed she has snapped up a one bedroom apartment for $1.25 million in the building she had just moved out of.
‘I’m back New York City! I can’t believe I found my new apartment in my old building that I just moved out of,’ the star, 57, revealed to DailyMail.com.
‘I’m back New York City!’ Dorinda Medley is returning to New York City just months after parting ways with her long-time home on the Upper East Side for $2.5 million
The stunning apartment boasts 760 square feet, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a lofted area.
It contains breathtaking views of the neighborhood and an overall chic ambiance.
Medley last lived in a two bedroom unit in the exact same building for more than 20 years, and only recently parted ways with the apartment after her daughter Hannah, 28, moved out.
‘The funny thing is my realtor Laurie Cooper who sold me my original apartment in this very same building 21 years ago, found this beautiful jewel box apartment in the same building. I love Laurie Cooper and I’ll be forever grateful, she’s the best,’ Dorinda explained.
‘It’s a beautiful one bedroom with a loft. Just what I was looking for.’

Medley already has another home – her iconic residence in the Berkshires, Blue Stone Manor.
‘Now I get the best of both worlds – my beloved New York City and Blue Stone Manor in the Berkshires,’ she added.
‘I’ve loved living on the Upper East Side, so this is a dream come true.
‘It’s smaller and easier to manage and exactly what I am looking for.’
Now the star plans on giving her new space the ‘Dorinda touch.’
Spacious: Medley’s new home also contains a lofted space
Plenty of amenities! The home contains a marble counter, oven, and huge fridge
Splish splash! The bathroom is simple and chic with gold touches injected into the sink and shower door
‘I’ve already got my contractor in to put the Dorinda touch on it and make it nice,’ she said.
Earlier this month it was revealed Dorinda had sold her long-time apartment near the end of May for $2,498,000 million, TMZ reported.
Medley, who has been seen on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, initially acquired the Manhattan property for $1.2 million in 2007, the outlet reported.
Speaking with DailyMail.com exclusively in February, Dorinda revealed she would be putting her apartment on the market after becoming an ’empty nester.’

‘After 21 years in my beautiful two bedroom apartment, I am officially an empty nester and I’ve decided to put it on the market,’ she said.
‘Having spent the pandemic renovating it, it is now ready for a new family to enjoy.
‘I’m now on the hunt with my original and fabulous agent Laurie Cooper from Douglas Elliman to find a new home somewhere on the Upper East Side.
‘With Hannah all grown up, I’m looking to purchase an apartment that better suits my needs.
‘I’ll continue to split my time between New York City and Blue Stone Manor.’
Dorinda was fired from The Real Housewives Of New York after six seasons in 2020. However, she did return to the Housewives family earlier this summer on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club, which took place at her manor.
The star has been married twice, most recently to financier Dr. Richard Medley whom she wed in 2005. Their marriage lasted until 2011 when Dr. Medley sadly passed away at the age of 60.
