Helen Flanagan has spoken out about co-parenting with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair for the first time.

The actress, 32, and the Bristol Rovers footballer, 33, share three children – daughters Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and son Charlie, 17 months.

The television personality – who recently joked about ‘how to lose a guy in 10 days following the break-up – and the footballer split in October of last year after 13 years together.

Now Helen has addressed the co-parenting situation, revealing the kids were with Scott on Thursday.

Looking bored and a little emotional, Helen said she had been was left alone look after daughter Matilda’s two pet guinea pigs Snowball and Snowflake.

Addressing her followers she said: ‘Kids with their daddy so just me and the guinea pigs’.

Alongside she filmed herself cuddling one the adorable furry creatures, while wearing pair of grey jogging bottoms and a white vest.

It comes after Helen reunited with her ex-fiancé Scott this Christmas, to gift the guinea pigs to their daughter. 

Helen took to her Instagram to share a video of Scott bringing in the box with the pets inside to the house before presenting it to Matilda.

Although she is ‘not open’ to the idea of them getting back together, Helen wants to have a harmonious relationship, it has been claimed. 

An insider told The Sun before Christmas: ‘Scott is a professional footballer so often he won’t be around on Christmas day because of his fixtures list however Helen and Scott are planning something special for the children.’

The source continued: ‘Helen is not open to talk of reconciliation and she just wants them to focus on being co-parents.’

Recently, Helen took to Instagram to rage about how ‘annoyed’ it makes her to be shamed by strangers when she is out and about with her little ones.

Helen told her social media followers: ‘I’m quite good I think at controlling my emotions, I’m quite busy, but I always have emotional outbursts when I’m due on…’

The blonde beauty didn’t go into detail about what triggered her but remained steadfast in her determination to live her life and go ‘where I want’.

Helen added: ‘This is like a long story short, but I get, I was really annoyed last week because I won’t go into too much detail but basically I hate it when mums are made to feel uncomfortable in kind of like I don’t know…

‘I didn’t have Matilda young but youngish and I’ve always gone everywhere with my kids, like flown with them, trains, hotels and I’ve just literally always gone where I want to go.

‘I just don’t like it when you get people who basically are being rubbish towards you because you’ve got kids and you’re a mum, basically giving you the evils.’
