Just like a thrill! Pink, 43, shows off her incredible physique in vibrant swimwear as she poses for Women’s Health – after emotional two week stay at a Spanish wellness clinic

With two children, a forthcoming album to promote and a brand new tour in the pipeline, one could be forgiven for thinking Pink has little time for herself.

But the American singer, 43, has ensured self-care remains part of her busy lifestyle, and a stunning new series of images go some way towards proving her health regime has been unaffected by personal and professional commitments.

Taking centre stage in a new shoot for the March issue of Women’s Health UK, Pink – real name Alecia Beth Moore –  is in the shape of her life while posing in the California countryside.

The singer, whose new album Trustfall goes on general release in February, shows off her toned physique in a vibrant red swimsuit in the first of several images taken from the outdoor set.

In another her taut abdominals are on display as she models a distinctive silver crop-top and black lingerie, while a third finds her in a skimpy white two-piece as she walks across the rural set.

The singer has bounced back after gaining weight following a double disc operation in 2022, a procedure she readily admits had a negative impact on her mental health.

‘I was probably a bit depressed from all of the loss, and I couldn’t lose weight to save my life,’ she told Women’s Health.

‘I would work out three hours a day, eat clean, and my metabolism was a dud – I couldn’t get anything started. And I was like, “I’m exhausted, I’m sad, I haven’t been away from my family for three years – not even overnight. And I just need a minute.”‘

She eventually opted for an unconventional solution by signing up for a two week stay at the SHA Wellness Clinic in Spain, where she adhered to a strict Kushi diet consisting of whole grains, legumes, vegetables and fruit.

‘It was the longest I’ve ever been away from my kids and the biggest gift I’ve ever given myself,’ she said of her time away from children Willow and Jameson.

‘I did it for me, which in turn would be for them…I got rest. I wasn’t getting rest before. I slept in a bed by myself for the first time in 11 years. I had time to meditate and cry and journal.’
