Selling Sunset‘s Brett Oppenheim has stepped out with a new statuesque mystery woman on his arm after enjoying a night together at the Fleur Room Lounge in West Hollywood.

The real estate broker, 45, looked dapper in a satin bomber jacket and plain white T-shirt.

But the lady linking arms with him really stole the show in an eye-catching pink mini dress as they enjoyed an evening out together.

Brett, who stars in Netflix hit series Selling Sunset alongside his twin brother Jason, looked effortlessly cool

The leggy woman, whose identity is unknown, towered over Brett wearing the luminous pink number which featured a plunging neckline.

Her slender pins were on full display, and she slipped her feet into a pair of bright pink strappy heeled sandals to add even more inches to her frame.

She threw a beige furry jacket over her shoulders and held onto a black leather chain bag which contrasted her bright outfit choice.

The real estate broker has had a few public relationships in recent years, but has previously shown he is an amicable ex.

In August, Brett and his ex-girlfriend Tina Louise put on an amicable display as they stepped out in Los Angeles on Monday – with their new love interests.

Tina was spotted holding hands with her new boyfriend while Brett, 45, stepped out with the tattoo artist he has recently been linked to, Samantha Abdul.

There was no sign of any drama between the exes as they enjoyed iced beverages with their new love interests.

In December 2021, Brett confirmed his split from Tina while answering real estate related questions during an Instagram Story Q&A.

Brett’s appearance with the mystery woman comes after his brother Jason was snapped giving his model girlfriend a smooch.

The Selling Sunset star, 45 – who kicked off 2023 by roasting Sydney’s housing market as ‘too expensive’ – enjoyed a coffee date with his latest flame Marie-Lou Nurk, 25, and his two small dogs.

The powerhouse real estate broker was seen walking with the model as they returned with cups of caffeine to The Oppenheim Group’s office in West Hollywood.

Jason and Marie-Lou were first linked in July 2022 – six months after Jason split from his Selling Sunset co-star Chrishell Stause, 41.

Chrishell has since moved on with Australian musician G Flip and she is very supportive of Oppenheim’s new relationship.

‘Chrishell and I are in a really good place,’ Jason told People. ‘We’re both in love and happy for each other.’

Jason and Marie-Lou reportedly met in Greece, where they were both enjoying Mediterranean vacations.

They were spotted packing on the PDA during their trip abroad and later shared a photo posing together.

It didn’t take the couple long to make their red carpet debut and go Instagram official.

Marie-Lou primarily resides in Paris where she works as a model, while Jason is known as the perennial bachelor on Selling Sunset.

‘I’m more open to being a husband than I am a father right now,’ Oppenheim told People. ‘I like the idea that there’s no pressure, or a thought about having to have a child with Lou. So it just makes it easy for us.’

Marie-Lou related to the sentiment about not wanting children at the moment: ‘I think for the next ten years, I’m good. And that’s a long time, so I’m not even thinking about it yet.’

The pair’s globetrotting relationship has been on full display in recent months as they recently enjoyed a love-up holiday Down Under.

When asked about his Christmas plans earlier this month, Jason told People magazine he was, ‘likely spending it in Sydney, Australia, with my brother Brett and maybe some other friends’.

The pair have already been spotted all over Sydney and Melbourne, including dining out at Melbourne’s Bar Bambi.

On Tuesday, Jason shared a video of himself at the Sydney Opera House, with the Harbour Bridge clearly visible in the background.

Before their break, the brothers were busy filming the next season of their hit Netflix reality series, Selling Sunset.

The series was nominated for the best reality show prize at the 2022 People’s Choice Awards, but lost out to Hulu’s The Kardashians.

Jason is currently dating 25-year-old model Marie-Lou Nurk.

When asked whether his new love interest would feature in the Netflix reality show, he told Entertainment Tonight: ‘I hope so. We’re talking about it.’

Marie-Lou added: ‘Yes, like a little scene.’

The broker split from his Selling Sunset co-star Chrishell Stause, 41, in December 2021 after five months of dating, with their relationship and subsequent split all chronicled on the last season of the Netflix property series.

In June, Jason said he had no desire to enter another romantic relationship following his split from Chrishell.

Speaking on British TV show This Morning, he said: ‘I have no plans of filming another relationship… or being in one for that matter.’

The former couple dated during season five of the show – a union which shocked many fans – but Jason ended their relationship because he didn’t want children after Chrishell expressed her desire to start a family.
