Snoop Dogg causes mayhem at a Culture Kings store in Melbourne… after partying with Ed Sheeran and Russell Crowe

Snoop Dogg‘s appearance at a Culture Kings store in Melbourne on Sunday caused mayhem as thousands of fans lined up for hours to see the rap superstar in person.

The hip-hop icon, 51, performed several songs for the crowd then hosted a 30-minute meet-and-greet where lucky fans could get a selfie with him.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t enough time for everyone to see the Gin and Juice hit-maker, and several people tried to push their way through the crowd to meet him.

Snoop posted a series of photos on Instagram of himself entertaining the crowd and posing up a storm with fans.

Many of his followers were quick to thank him for putting on such a great show, but others said the huge crowd meant they missed out on meeting him.

‘Wow… they sure waited,’ one follower wrote. Another said they had waited for ‘three hours’ to meet their idol.

It comes after Snoop caught up with Ed Sheeran and Russell Crowe backstage at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on Saturday.

Snoop had performed at the stadium that night, and took to Instagram with a photo showing the trio partying together with crew members.

Snoop, who is well known for his love of cannabis, was pictured sitting in between the two men with a glass jar of green herbs on the table in front of him.

A series of burned rolled cigarettes also lay on what appeared to be a set list.

An Instagram video of the encounter showed Snoop smoking a just-rolled cigarette while he chatted to the pair and joked to Ed he would be ‘smoking all your weed’.

The clip also appeared to show Snoop gifting both Ed and Russel a gold chain from his Death Row Records jewellery line, worth about $9,600.
